Mitchell received his Ph.D. from the University of Calgary in School and Applied Child Psychology. He works in Calgary and the surrounding communities as a Registered Psychologist and dawns many academic and clinical roles.
Aside from being a mental health practitioner, he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Calgary and a seasoned research consultant who works with education, health, and business innovators to lead with data-informed decision making.
When Mitchell is not performing psychological assessments or building statistical models, he can be found instructing undergraduate and graduate courses for the universities across Canada, and running large-scale research projects in Southern Alberta.

David received his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Measurement, Evaluation and Research Methodology.
David is an expert in advanced statistical methods and data modeling. In addition, he has a great deal of experience in evaluation and survey/instrument construction, and research design/implementation. As well, David has a vast experience in all aspects of data analysis and data visualization.
Many projects David engages in are interdisciplinary and collaborative in nature and his typical role in this type of research has him focusing on designing sound research studies, selecting valid measurement strategies, and applying statistical models to data that are gathered across a number of disciplines.
